Villani joins the Stars in WBBL|05 from the Perth Scorchers where she played 58 matches across four seasons, accumulating 1706 runs including a high score of 84 not out.
The right-handed bat has played 62 T20Is for Australia and has a high score of an unbeaten 90 which was scored against Pakistan in a significant knock that propelled Australia into the 2014 Women’s World Twenty20 semi-finals.
