Tassal's home is Tasmania - a beautiful island with pristine waters and a rich maritime history where their ambition to produce healthy and fresh Atlantic salmon began more than 30 years ago. From humble beginnings, they are now Australia’s largest producer of Tasmanian-grown Atlantic salmon - with their focus on quality and sustainability underpinning their reputation as a global pioneer and leader. Food quality management is of critical importance to Tassal, so they have extensive policies and procedures aimed at the consistent production of high quality, safe food for all consumers.
Tassal want to share their passion and knowledge of salmon to bring you easy recipe ideas, cooking tips and meal inspiration for every season and occasion. Food is the most critical need for future generations, particularly sustainable salmon – food with a low carbon profile that is also a superfood. Their people are passionate about producing a healthy, sustainable protein which is experiencing increasing demand both in Australia and internationally - which is why they are the 'Protein of Choice' for the Hobart Hurricanes.
Cadbury is committed to bringing joy, making a positive difference and investing in the communities where they live and work. They are passionate about being involved in their community so that everybody wins - society, their people and their business. They promote healthy lifestyles – which includes increased physical activity for children and their families, securing fresh food through local agriculture and encouraging better nutritional education.
Hobart's famous Claremont Factory is also the traditional historic home of Cadbury chocolate in Australia since 1921. Most of the milk used to make Cadbury's products is sourced from the North-West region of Tasmania and processed at Cadbury's Burnie milk depot. This milk is then transported to Hobart via road tankers. So their products are proudly made in Tasmania by Tasmanians, and they look forward to partnering with Cricket Tasmania and the Hobart Hurricanes to share even more moments of joy – including with their own employees, who can look forward to some wonderful cricket initiatives.
CADBURY IS A TRADE MARK OF MONDELĒZ INTERNATIONAL GROUP USED UNDER LICENCE.
