How do I take out a Hurricanes Membership?

Hurricanes memberships for BBL16 and WBBL12 will go on sale soon. We’ll be sending more information to existing members and our database in May.

How do I update my member details & payment details for auto renewals?

If you are a member and need to update payment details. Please log into your TicketMaster account and change in there.

If you need to change your email, phone or contact information (or you aren't receiving emails from us) please contact us via phone, email or in-person at the Customer Hub.

What options will there be for memberships next season?

As well as our full-season memberships, we will also have a range of flexi memberships so you can pick and choose the matches you attend. More information to come soon on membership options for BBL16 & WBBL12.

 

What's the difference between a Reserved Seat & General Admission Membership?

General Admission Memberships just give you access to the hill and GA area at Ninja Stadium for all home games. If you have a Reserved Seat Membership, you are able to select your seat and sit in the Ricky Ponting Stand for all home matches. The seat that you select will be your same seat all season. If you would like to upgrade your GA Membership throughout the season, this is possible prior to matches by contacting our membership team.

How do I access my membership card?

One you have purchased a membership, you will receive an email from a Hobart Hurricanes email address, titled ‘Your digital membership card is attached’. You can save this digital card to your wallet, you can also open the PDF attachment and print your card. If you would like to print your card but don’t have access to a printer, you can drop into the Customer Hub at Ninja Stadium and we will happily print your card for you.

If you would like a physical Member card, this can be redeemed through your Members Plus access (please see the ‘How do I access the Member Plus store for more details on how to access the portal).

 

Do members get finals tickets?

If the Hurricanes host a final and you are a current member, you will be the first to access tickets. We will send you email with a password to unlock tickets on the Ticketek website prior to general public. 

 

How do I access the mber+ store?

You will receive an email from Hobart Hurricanes mber+ store, which will contain your user name, along with a link that will take you directly.

How do I change my Reserved Seat?

If you purchase a Reserved Seat Membership and wish to move seats after you purchase, please contact Hobart Hurricanes Member Services to explore possible options via email membership@hobarthurricanes.com.au.

 

Is my Hobart Hurricanes Membership transferable?

Yes, it is. If you can’t make it to a match, you can share your digital membership card or physical member card with family and friends.

 

Can I access the WBBL home matches with my Hurricanes Membership?

Yes you can, your membership will give to access to all WBBL home matches at Ninja Stadium.

 

What is the age for Junior membership?

A junior membership for next season is for a child who is 15 or under as of the 31st of August 2026.

 

What qualifies you for a Concession Rate?

To be eligible for a concession rate, a member must be a holder of one of the following cards:

  • A Department of Veterans’ Affairs card, TPI or Department of Veterans’ Affairs issued Pensioner Concession Card*
  • Commonwealth Senior Health Care Card
  • Pensioner Concession Card (PCC)*
  • Health Care Card (HCC)*
  • Full time secondary or tertiary student cards**

*Cardholders only (not their dependents listed on the card) are entitled to the concession price for a ticket.

**Excluding student cards from institutions based outside of Australia

 

I don’t have a printer, but want to print the PDF of my Member card?

Not a problem, please visit our Customer Hub at Ninja Stadium, Monday to Friday and we can print for you.

I need assistance with mber+ store, who can I contact?

Not a problem, if you are having trouble accessing the store or have any questions relating to the store, our members have support through the following contact email support@mberplus.com.au
