Hurricanes Court Smash Launches in Launceston!

With great excitement, we’re bringing our new cricket series Court Smash to the north of the state, launching our first Court Smash roster at the UTAS Uni Gym in Launceston at the end of June.After several seasons in the south, this new indoor format—combining all the best elements of the Big Bash—makes cricket more accessible than ever. It’s designed for everyone to enjoy, no matter their skill level or experience.

What is Hurricanes Court Smash? 

A fast-paced, social cricket competition played indoors, for all skill levels. The format is simple: six games over six weeks, five-players, one-hour matches, and just $5 per player per week. No gear or experience needed - just bring your energy!​

AGES 16+

What are the rules?

• 5 Players on the court at once
• 60 minute games
• 1 innings per team
• 75 balls per innings
• Soft balls are used so there's no protective equipment required
• All equipment provided
