The Hobart Hurricanes are proud to share that two of their standout performers this WBBL campaign, Danni Wyatt-Hodge and Heather Graham, have both been selected in the WBBL|11 Team of the Tournament.
In what has been a historic week for the Hurricanes, where they could potentially claim their first-ever WBBL title – having two players named in the Team of the Tournament is a fantastic achievement just two days out from the WBBL Final.
Wyatt-Hodge has been the star batter for the Hurricanes throughout the tournament, scoring 416 runs in nine innings at an impressive average of 52.00. She registered four half-centuries and formed the most dynamic opening partnership of the season with Lizelle Lee, dominating bowlers across the league during the powerplay and first 10 overs.
Joining Wyatt-Hodge in the Team of the Tournament is Australian representative Heather Graham, who claimed 14 wickets across 10 games in WBBL|11, including best figures of 4/29 against the Sydney Sixers. Graham started the tournament on fire, taking multiple wickets in each of the first six games, a key reason why the Hurricanes began WBBL|11 with a perfect 5-0 record.
