Following their epic chase on Sunday night in Brisbane, the Hobart Hurricanes return to action tomorrow night against the Sydney Sixers in their second game of WBBL|11.
After their biggest ever chase in WBBL history against the Thunder, taking down their score of 181, the 'Cane Train will be full of confidence.
A top score and Player of the Match effort from Danni Wyatt-Hodge (90 off 52), and a well-supported innings from Nicola Carey (58 off 43) helped the Hurricanes chase down the mammoth target set by the lime green team.
Hayley Silver-Holmes returned for her first WBBL game since WBBL|09, taking two wickets from her three overs, while Heather Graham also took a pair of wickets.
The Sydney Sixers come into this game after a 10-wicket win against the Perth Scorchers in Perth, where they reached their total of 112 with 43 balls to spare.
The Hurricanes name an unchanged squad from their match against the Thunder, with the same thirteen players in the squad.
Kathyrn Bryce also continues to travel with the squad as cover for our Overseas players.
Amy Smith is still unavailable for selection following a hamstring injury that was sustained during the WNCL season.
Tomorrow night’s match starts at 7.10 pm AEDT in Sydney at North Sydney Oval.
