Get To Know... Clive Rose

10 January 2018

Clive Rose has become an integral asset to the Hurricanes in recent seasons.

With his tight bowling, wicket-taking ability, athleticism in the field and distinguishable haircut, there is no question as to why Hobart Hurricane Clive Rose is a fan favourite.

Rose grew up in Victoria and has thrived since moving to Tasmania, becoming a crucial member of the Tasmanian state set up and a key asset for the Hurricanes in the BBL, thriving in his role as a bowler that can lock down opposition batsmen at the front and back ends of the innings.

Rose has taken five wickets so far this campaign with an economy rate of just over seven, and considering his role as a new-ball bowler during the PowerPlay period, Rose's efforts have been crucial in the Hurricanes' three consecutive victories to start 2018.
